It has been almost nine years since the first ever Velmiro subdivision was launched in Cebu, and it seems that Cebu will have another one soon!

In its latest annual report, Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) , Vismin's top developer, disclosed that it has a 10-hectare land bank in Consolacion. The horizontal residential developments of CLI carry only 2 distinct brands - Casa Mira, which offers affordable townhouses and single-detached units; and Velmiro - the one offering various unit types and sizes for the mid-market buyers.
